RioHeroes 14 ends in a win via vomiting...

Normally, I wouldn't mention RioHeroes for the mere fact that it's a novelty entertainment mid-week filler for me to watch with a bunch of fans online who mainly make fun of how horrible the production is. It's still something to watch, and RioHeroes 14 was the most strange and brutal event to date. Well... at least equally some of the brutality of the past events, although the earlier events saw fighters being smashed into windows. You can't buy that kind of violence.

The card ended with a battle between William Vianna and Ivanilda "Cafu" Santos. After Cafu had an absolute war of a fight in his semifinal matchup, he had to take on a relatively fresh Vianna, which resulted in an epic ending that was scary for a moment. After Vianna took Cafu down, it looked as if Cafu hit his head on the cage and then was completely knocked out cold. After some awkward silence and Jorge Pereira, the referee of the event, freaking out about Cafu's motionlessness, they deemed Vianna the champ. An eventual replay determined that it looked like Cafu simply gasped for air, then passed out. He then vomited all over the mat. An unbelievable ending that I've never seen before.

Novelty entertainment?! have you ever been to Brazil, Sao Paulo in particular, its in the top 5 most poverty stricken areas in the world so nobody expects much in terms of production as there isn't a lot of money is there. Rio heroes is how people like Gabriel Gonzaga and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira started out, it is pure fighting with lots of great Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and it doesn't sound to me as if you know enough to make such rash comments, is there not enough wrestling in it for you, thats the only reason Americans like UFC, for the wrestlers.
